I have created this account after i deleted my previous account of which you sent me an email confirming its termination or i have deleted it which means i no longer existed in your database not unless you tell me you withheld my personal information after i deleted my information with you. Your terms before deleting an account is that information will be deleted from your database. The deleted account was registered with this email [protected]@gmail.com username was kevin with my name being kevin ndwiga. On this argument i believe i never violated your terms because i never had 2 accounts at any particular time because i deleted the account with email address of [protected]@gmail.com and opened another account with email address of [protected]@students. Ku.ac. Ke.
Furthermore i had upgraded the account with email address of [protected]@students. Ku.ac. Ke and you immediately suspended me after i upgraded.
My request is to humbly ask you to reconsider your decision or refund me the 19.95$ to my paypal account.
