$16 of my $50 payment still hasn't been paid after 1 years. Why is this payment not done? Is there a particular reason?
My last payment date is:2019/06/11
I also emailed my bank account number to star-clicks. Where's the problem?

You need to have minimum $20 for Auto Payout to be issued. Auto Payout is not issued if your balance is under $20. This is stated on the site. Please check the site.
