Hi,
This is santhosh, i'm accomplishing these service for my personal use, as per the agreement if my driver took leave they have to provide replacement driver
today i.e (08/04/2017), my driver took leave suddenly then i informed to star group customer support for replacement driver at 9am, but they provided driver at 11.45am, that is horrible, i was raised complaint to the star group manager he is also justifying like they are correct, i need proper service in my future otherwise i'll cancel this contract from star group bangalore
