[Resolved] Star Health And Allied Insurance — accidental hospitalisation within stipulated period

My group insurance policy no:p/19112/01/2018/010704 is running for 22 months. But accidentally one insurer have to hospitalise due to sudden descent of the uterus causing a serious condition as per the specialist doctor.
If this is a planned surgery then you can apply your embargo on the claim and in case of planned surgery every patient party can await to cross that stipulated time period.
But in my case it was an accident and no time to stay postponed to cross that limit.

Star Health And Allied Insurance Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We have gone through the claim you mentioned above and the rejection stands as the mentioned diagnosis not covered in the first 2 years from policy inception

Updated by Asis Sharangi So your policy does not stand for any accidental cause for 2 years.Then who will look after the insurer in case of any accidental case in this tenure and why for i select you as my insurer.And also every insurer has to be careful not to face any accidental ailments in this tenure.
