With reference to the above cited subject, kindly change my intermediary name mr. Santhosh n u bearing code ba[protected], because i met with an major accident in the month july 2016 and at the time if we call mr. Santhosh regarding discuss about what is the procedure for claiming the insurance and etc., but he is not received our call after attempting several time and ignore our calls. But, fortunately star health settles my partial amount to the hospital.in this matter i am very much disappointed with the behavior mr. Santhoh even i am with star health policy since from 2014.
In this issue i already discussed with the branch office several times, now i strongly request you to change intermediary name from mr. Santhosh n u to mrs.
