I have submit the claim form for mediclaim of my father (Govindlal Agarwal) in october 2017,
and then your hyderabad office registered a cliam having no.Claim No.CLI/2018/131112/0212110. through agent.

after that i call the office and they given complaint no.(Dear Customer, Your Complaint/Request has been registered. CR[protected] ) on 02.09.2018.
and i also call to branch manager Mr. Mahender so many times at hyderabad office but still he can not do any thing.

At last I hope that I will get justice soon from your end.
