This is with ref. To your lr dt.[protected]., agst my claim intimation number cli/2019/900000/0330855 was rejected in total *"without considering the claim even after the date of intimations*" which is eligible as per prudence of fair justice.

As after the date of intimations the number of days treatment must be considered as eligible claim.., as such kindly consider accordingly and allow the claim accordingly.
