Respected sir, My wife admitted in sparsh multispeciality hospital bhilai diagnosis lower backhache problem. Admitted for two days 4/04/2018 to 06/04/2018 Hospital bill and mri: rs18008 Claim rejected by star health and allied insurance company limited by sending mail that lower backache problem is under 2 years exclusion you can't get claim. During purchase they use to hide insured person about exclusion. For on year mediclaim policy 2 year exclusion. They use to cheat insured person. Star health and allied insurance company ltd use to give cashless treatment card but during claim they reject by telling terms and condition they not use to provide terms and condition during policy purchase. Kindly go through the matter and try to provide me claim and return my premium amount. Cli/2019/700002/0006089 Star health and allied insurance company limited harassed me lot during my wife mrs. Deepshikha das hospitalisation.
