Myself 'parag vilas deshpande'. I am having health policy (Policy no p/171127/01/2018/000099) with 'star health and allied insurance company ltd'.
(Branch office :borivali east, shop no 129, 130, 131, 1st floor, hari om plaza, m. G. Road,, borivali east, mumbai 400066). I am paying my premium on regular per annum basis. Mr abhijit desai is my star policy agent and on mid 2017 he filed a claim to star office. He provided all the hospitals original docs to the star and whatever star demanded other docs like to provide consultation and treatment done for ckd related docs from concern doctors so that things also he submitted to star health in star health office.
Thereafter star health demanding same things again and again to me by sending various reminder letters at my home.
I am a dialysis patient and weekly 3 times taking dialysis in kokilaben hospital. It's very much necessary to settle my claim asap. Due to health issue can't able to follow up much but my claim not settled since 1.6 yrs so far which is very much irritating at all.
