Star Health And Allied Insurance — Denial of a claim for a shoulder surgery stating that it is per-existing and they cant ascertain the fact

Dear Sir/Madam,
Star insurance Insurance policy P/141211/01/2017/010080 of 15L . They have declined my cashless claim for a shoulder surgery by stating that it was preexisting. I had a severe fall from a cycle on jan22 2017 and immediately shown the doctor next day and after the MRI scan was advised a arthroscopic shoulder surgery which has been declined by the insurance company. Their argument is not convincing and I feel cheated by this company.Tomorrow they can decline any claims as pre-existing.
