This is formal complaint against STAR health insurance company with reference to policy no/151118/01/2019/005591.my father in law met with an accident on the 3/7/18.As a result he injured leg bone fractured and he was immediately rushed to the emergency in Kasbekar metgud hospital Belgaum Karnataka .Since he hold a health insurance with your company which covers all cashless hospitalization, we immediately applied for a claim.
Then Wednesday Star health doctor visited hospital he inspected everything but they are denying cashless, Also we provide all denied queries Several times. But said company given same denied. And I have requesting Toll free/AO/HO everyday minimum 10 to 15 times but they are not supporting me, Because already 5 days OVER still I am awaiting the same also we are unable to do the operation also.
I request you to kindly look in to the matter and settle my claim under cashless at the earliest.
