On 6th nov 2018 i had renewed my policy (P/171117/01/2019/016978) through mobile application (Worst application, after deducting payment received message “transaction failed)
Mistakenly, i have done two transaction (For same single policy) one from hdfc credit card (Master card) and another one from indusind credit card (Master card).
Refund requested on same date through phone and mail, got confirmation mail on 9th nov 2018, they have initiated refund and i will get my money back to my account withi 10 to 12 working day.
In 26th nov 2018, i asked update about my refund amount by mail, but i didn’t get response.
So i had again sent mail and also do call but no proper response.
Today i. E[protected] got call and mail as well stated that they have intiate the refund and it will take 10 to 12 working day again.
What is going on???
