Myself kanu v patel join star health & allied insurance co. Ltd asa advisiore in 2012 than after in 2016 i am stop working & resign as advisiore from company resign status also seen on pan lockup

Regarding issuing form ic 33 i am send mail in my branch 3 time but they r also not replaying me in last 4 month

Till today my pan no. Is showing tagging with star health

Pls remove my tagging from irda website

Pls. Do it needfulley as earley possible
