I had submitted my all bills and documents to agent on 22.10.19 and he submitted to your local office on 01.11.19. On 7.11.19, i received a mail from yoyr company regarding non submission ofclaim documents. So contacted agent, but he refused to inquire the status of the same and still non cooperating. Your customer care has also intimated through my conference call, your agent dis connected call. I eant to lodge complain against him. I[censored] require, i can submit call record
