I have submitted the bills on sep 5th 2018 which were supposed to be returned off and asked me to claim again. Instead the employees misplaced the bills. Employees don't attend the calls. They don't respond on repeated visits. Worst insurance company. Irresponsible people. They also delayed giving the films submitted by us when it was urgent. I have applied for them on sep 22nd and got them in dec. That's how they work on urgency and emergency cases. Regretting for being part of star. Waiting for karma to do its work guys! You have failed as a company. When you give a damn about your customers. Don't know why the hell do you even have to set up a insurance company? Why do you want to play with the lives of middle class n lower middle class. Hey you! It'll hit you hard. How irresponsible can someone be? Loke seriouslyyy!
