I namita parakh id card no[protected] admitted at breach candy hospital at mumbai on 29 june 2017
Confirmation by ur tollfree no regarding tieup hospital of the above said hospital and also in your website.
But hospital says that we r having only corporate tie up with star health.
What is the meaning of corporate tieup? And why the same has been not repilied by your customercare & also why not clarified in your website
Pl do needful urgentely because i had paid advance to the above said hospital

I have never been related to star health, neither as a customer nor as an agent.but I continuously receive phone calls and SMS on my mobile regarding claims .The issue has not been resolved although I complained on their Helpdesk.
