This is ravikumar from chrompet, chennai. I was a member in star from 2009. I was not in station when the renewal date and when i sent the cheque for renewal, i heared through ms. Daisy arokiamary. K it was rejected by star team because non continue and more claim by me. And she instruct me for a new policy and i accept. Then she fill the form and take a cheque from me for 13, 587 (Thirteen thousand five hundred eighty seven) on 08.04.2017. And it was debited from my bank account. It is my current account in central bank of india pallavaram branch. After fifteen days i called her on 22nd april, after five times try to call her by mobile, she replied, star team is not interest to add my wife (Uma maheswari. R) in this policy. I told, i was not interest to take this policy with out my wife, so you please return my money. She accept and told with in 27 th april your money will sent to your account. But till i didn"t receive my money. For this refund daily i call her 30 to 40 times but she is not answering.
Generally the agents duty is communicate with both. But she is not. So better you ask her to go some other job. This is my request. I already help her to get some good policy from my relatives. So you please terminate her and send my amount.
