I wanted to renew my membership for 2 policies, individual and parent's policies.
I dialed TOLL FREE NUMBER[protected] number asked for help to renew my both policies, in one hour call star health executive unable to help me to renew both policies, unfortunately I got answers like,
1. " I can't tell you the difference between revised policy and current policy"
2. "You can cancel your parent's policy and add your parents in your individual policies, but don't know how/benefits/policy amount".
I am unable to renew both policies as there is difference between requested amounts and actual amount and customer executive unable to provide explanation. Was this information helpful? |
