Sir they are rejecting claim before doing detailed investigation inspite of repeated reply to get detailed report from concerning doctor / hospital and the discharge summary submitted is itself self explanatory. Although one mail for reminding them is being mailed but no reply received till date. Details of mail is stated as below.. Please kindly help me to get the mediclaim insurance amount at earliest. Sir, again and again i am replying that please note that the patient dilatation process was successful and the complications that arises was not due to dilatation you must request for the dilatation report from the concerning doctor of ganga care hospital nagpur. Your team has not done detailed investigation you are again requested to please ask details from the concerning hospital as the patient dilatation was done on opd basis and after more than 30min after completion of dilatation the patient problem arised which does not correlates with dilatation process. Please ask dilatation report from the concerning doctor of ganga care hospital nagpur and please mail me the said report and the documents demanded. Just by mailing claim has been rejected does not solves the query. Please post/mail the documents that are demanded dully signed by concerning doctor / authority of ganga care hospital nagpur. PLEASE ASK DOCTOR TO WRITE THAT "patient dilatation process was successful and the complications that arises was not due to dilatation" THEN GO FOR REIMBURSEMENT.
SURELY YOU WILL GET THE CLAIM AS DOCTORS DECLARATION IS THE FINAL DECLARATION BUT IT HAS TO BE IN DOCTORS PAD WITH SIGN AND SEAL.
