Sir/madam, the above claim was registered on 22/6/17, queries were asked & replied accordingly. On several occasions it was followed to know whats the status of the claim. Result given was, in process. Yesterday on 18th aug 2017 when contacted the kallai office kozhikode, they said claim rejected please contact claims dept. As an agent i am facing the client frequently. I contacted the claims dept[protected] and enquired about the above claim. I was told by a gentlemen (1) this is a daycare treatment and admission in hospital bill will not be passed. I explained to his it is not admission but day care treatment, a small surgery on a finger. Then he said let me check i will call u back. But never called. Next day again the client called me & i followed to claims dept. The reply given was by a lady (2) this item of surgery do not fall in our list of daycare treatment. I asked her to forward the gentlemen to whom i spoke yesterday. She tried to convey the message to him but he was reluctant to speak to me. I told the lady that this is not a right excuse one day one reason another day another reason. She told me to inform the client to send review of their claim.
Sir, i kindly request you, if the claim was not to be passed due to not enlisted in your list you should have informed immediately. I could have informed the client accordingly. Giving different excuses that's too after one & half month, for a petty 2000/- bill is not a good business practice.
Kindly do the needful to pass the bill. The client is a busy person & will not follow for any further review.
