​i am totally disappointing with star health insurance claim approval staff's and mal-administrations.

​​santi hospital bill ​handovered worth ​rs. 58996/- ​and
​star health approved bill ​worth rs. 56700/-

Here, no co-payment terms conditions not applicable.

In which basis star health ​has been ​deducted rs. 2296/-, ​i want the ​details of ​deduction ​amount/accessories has not covered in star health ​insurance​.

​i have wrote email & requested them to provide me the justification for deduction. I have found that its mal-administration. ​i am totally disappointing with insurance grievance team.

​requesting you to kindly investigate in this matter and provide us justice with above deducted amount.
