Star Health insurance company has taken worst decision for his regular costumers my father and mother age is apx. 63 years to 66 years they have taken a Mediclaim insurance policy 6 years ago and they paid all premium time to time. Now star health told that we can't renew your policy because we have closed such product and if you want to continue with star health so you have to pay almost 3 times more policy amount. My father and mother can't afford this price so they written a request letter to star health and IRDA but both of this not responding yet. The letter copy attached with this.
