I have not received any reply for the below query and it's marked as resolved. Highly irritated
We are very much disappointed with star health insurance company about our claim. Already we have clearly explained each and everything of the claim now again and again query raised about my father perior hospitalization documents.
My father was first time getting hospitalized in dr. Rabindhranath hospital chennai on 26th june 2019. We have tried cash less claim on that time but however same got denied by mr. Daniel customer service executive and ask us to go with reimbursement. Based on that we have submitted all relevant original documents to star health on 13th july. All the verification at your end again some five querys raised on 3rd aug. And same has been rectified and we have submitted the query documents on 10th august. Now again we are receiving query on 14th aug.
It's very much irritated to us and moreover we have paid the money to the hospital with pledged all our jewellery and now we are paying interest for that. Please stand in our place and thing. Totally we are unhappy. Was this information helpful? |
