[Resolved]  Star Health Insurance — Fraud against the health insurance claim

Hello, My maternal uncle is in hostipal (SPS APOLLO LUDHIANA) suffering from sever brain Hemorrhage, and he has a valid health insurance from STAR HEALTH, on the very first day, I had informed them about this incident and even submitted all the necessary documents to the hospital which was forwarded to star health. They had said that claim is not possible because of pre-disease but that is no true, patient was not suffering from any disease previously and even the doctor at APOLLO hostipal confirmed that by writing to them. Then also they denied the claim with the same stupid reason. He is still on ventilator and we are not financially that hard to continue his treatment this way. I have contacted them many times but they are not listening. The claim number is 0218727. The name of the patient is Sanjay Gupta. He was admitted at Oswal hostipal on 6th Feb, 2014 from where he was shifted to SPS APOLLO HOSPITAL LUDHIANA. He is still in ICU on ventilator and besides taking care of him, I am going through all this. They are really fooling their customers. I hope some one can help me regarding this.
