Star Health Insurance — No response and money not refunded

I have applied for health insurance and money got deducted on 8th jan 2015 but company neither responded back nor refunded back money. What IRDA a is doing for such cases where company is earning at the cost of customer and keeping money for long without any response Such CHOR company should be banned immediately and penalised heavily, . Their CEo should be arrested for such malpractice
