Dear Sir,
As per my insurance policy I can claim the day-care bills. For that before submitting I have confirmed. But since 1 month over nothing has come in hand . Every time new person mail or call .They are sending me the form which usually submit by the person who admitted as in patient.
I have clearly asked ..but nobody giving proper information.
I am fed up with this policy. when they cannot settle a small bill. How can one expect other big thing.
Please somebody listen. Also please tell me how to migrate from existing company to new company Just took a snapshot showing the no. of mails exchange for no use.
