My name is Ritu Srivastava, have Policy No ID Card Number:[protected] with
ID Card Number:[protected] and Intimation Number :CLI/2016/161200/0309059. I was admitted to hospital for 7 days at Sitaram Hospital. While applying for cashless claim that they rejected that patient is admitted without having any disease or sickness and they also mentioned that doctors at Sitaram Bhartia are fraud. I am wondering whether i am patient or star health. Now I unable to make my hospital payment ever after giving premium to star health. They are fraud and fooling their customers.
I am also attaching their stupid reports which they have asked from me. And they took 4 days to inform whether they are processing my payment or not. I am going file complaint in consumer court, IRDA and also submit FIR against them.
They are fooling customers. If they didnt give my hospital payment, I will make sure stop fooling customers and also shut down their services.
Access to health services is basic human right in India. I will also go to Human Rights Commission and Women commission as one of their agent and doctor has harassed me over phone. Was this information helpful? |
