I had purchased a polycarbonate sheet, paid him his full amount in advance. When I sent my delivery vehicle to collect the material, he kept it waiting for more than one hour instead of calling hime thrice before sending the vehicle and was too rude to talk to.
Such kind o[censored]nprofessional Customer service is highly unacceptable.
