Stars Multipurpose Co-Operative Society Limited — Not getting the maturity amount

My father has purchased three bonds of Stars Mutipurpose Cooperative Society .When we got to know something about issue with sahara and asked agent to refund money, we are not even getting invested amount. Agent is avoiding calls and office is closed.
Kindly help us to get the money as we are now in dire need of money.
