Starskart.com — fake apple watch

I received fake apple watch instead of refurbished apple watch series 4. Im trying to contact the seller but no one is answering my calls. I have paid 12000 and i received filthy chinese product worth 500.

Their website starskart.com says they deal with refurbished apple watch and they provide warranty for 1yr and complete refund in case of product defects. They say 24hrs helpline but no one answers calls and responds. They had despacthed order through blue dart courier and i had paid 12000 through my credit card on 25th jan 2020.

After opening box i found that this is filthy chinese product which is just 500 and not apple watch as promised in their website.

I need my money back. Please hlep me.
