This company is completely fraud. I have purchased 1 id from startouch media info private limited. But i didn't get money back. I have asked them multiple time to refund my money but instead of giving my money back they are threatening us and saying that if we will file fir against they will not give money back. Also they have been changing name of company. I have the all detail with payment proof. Please help me and let me know what should i do now. It's been 3 years i am waiting for my money back. Now the contact person mr. Akhil bansal and mr. Nikhil bansal has blocked me on social media and have blocked my mobile number also.
I have attached payment proof and conversation with mr. Akhil banasal regarding fraud.
