I ordered a fitbit smart watch from starwatch.in. They were about to deliver this product to me and they did today on cod.
They refused to let me open the package and said that they can't provide this service. After that they took the cash of 1700 from me and when i asked for a reciept they showed theirs phone for my signature. Nothing was documented on that phone and he told me to sign it on a blank space. I found this fishy so let my relative sign on that. After he went i opened the product and a fake fast track watch worth (I guess) 200 was there instead of the smart watch from fit bit.
When i called him to refund he didn't pick up the call. Also tried contacting the site people and mailed them. But no response or return was initiated. The delivery guy is also not picking up call. The phone lines are going busy.
