Very very very bad experience with this poor service company, i have cleared my all emi's but after 1 month my security deposit cheque not returned by them, not picking the phone, no reply of mail, They can misuse my cheques. My current loan EMI is paying on time but they foolish man send me reminder again and again and saying that EMI has bounced. EMI amount already deducted on date. So foolish people in the Company.

I have already paid the amount to u guys n nw ur telling me that the amount has been bounced and none of the representative has contacted me till nw.

More over u guys are sending me the remainders to pay the amount.

I have sent lot of mails to contact me as ur contact numbers is very much reachable.

I applied for a loan in stashfin 2lakh and they approved 35k. After approved i submitted all the documents and they also verified everything twice. After 2 weeks they rejected my loan. Also when i called to customer service its always busy. Customer care no -[protected]. Who is collecting my document his mobile no - [protected]. My complaint is i told them 1st check what is the eligibility and its approved or not. If approved i will give all the documents. If it will cancel that will be impacted in my cibil score. But stashfin customer executive sahil told me your loan approved for 35k please submitted all the documents. After 2 weeks in stasfin cc are telling your loan disapproved. Once again my cibil score will affect for this rejection also they are taken my valuable documents and all the details. These frauds are grabbing all your valuable credentials in the name of giving loan after they are telling cannot process even after approved application

On 1st july my emi was auto debited, but on the same day i paid the emi directly it was a double paymnt for same emi. Ur ppl also confoimed that and said wou;ld update it or refund it. Its been 2 months, i almost everyday chat and complain to ur ppl. But no response.. Finally on 2nd they said it would be refunded in 4 days.. Npow its 10 dys again no respose.. Im fed up chating..
Ur customecare number doesnt work.....

While collecting documents they are telling very good way to play the tricks to collect empty checks and make foolish customer.
As they told within 5 min you get amount but but it over 10days too you didn't get why because they are trickers..
I will share complete details their names and actual what happend.
Tomorrow im going to filing police complaint to who had discuss with me about entire techniq....

Don't use this app very worst service and also your civil very impact because his is not update your installment earlier and any doubt and if you you want talk with customer care so guys remember his customer care executive also busy and if you also think about a call back through his app so no one call you and also rate of interest very high and when you pay installment online also very high charges charged so guys please don't use this...

I applied loan on 16/08/2018 still i am not getting loan amount
I have submitted all documents and 3 singed checks
After approval also i am not getting amount
They people gives fake promise to costumers
Your costumer care are not responding well and they also give fake promise.
Totally this fraud company dont use this app...

I took loan for my medical treatment from Stashfin (AKARA CAPITAL ADVISORS PVT LTD) initially they asked us to pay EMI more than what was fixed earlier, then when we opposed and came up with facts and figures they said due to some problem in the system the same was miscommunicated. then after they said cheque presented is dishonored. when we tried to drill the reason we found that Stashfin has not presented the cheque yet and we started getting...

Worst personal loan nbfc company.

They charge very high rate of interest. They had approved my loan for rate of interest of 2.5% pm, but while giving loan amount they given at 4% roi per month without informing me.

Before giving loan they say that their roi starts from 1% per month. But they will give roi 2.5% to 5% per month.in mine case too they had told that roi starts from 1% per month, but given 4% per month.br...

I submitted the request for loan foreclosure on 24th april 2018 (Tuesday) and got a reply on 28th april 2018; with next 2 days being bank holidays i. E. 29th/30th april and 1st may was my emi payment date.

I was told that my preclosure amount was inr 66, 706, out of which i paid inr 45, 000 and then inr 6, 701 was deducted as emi on 1st may 2018, i had been repeatedly asking for the clarity if i clear the entire amount in one...

This stashfin gave me a loan (#semk[protected] and in first emi they deducted double amount from me even after approved nach mandate (Umrn sbin[protected]) akara capital adviso

I tried to call them but no one picking call since 2 days also not replying my mails after long time i contacted by chat some # piush sharma attended but he act like he dont know anything and he started story that my bank not responded also i contatacted bank they said mandate approved and no request are made by stashfin but this guy telling no respose from bank see how these peoples are acting.

After long time conversation i became to know that security cheque are submitted that double amount of my current emi. I asked them why are you peoples are submitted security cheque even after mandate registered (7 days before mandate registered) why not intimate me before submit cheque if really bank not responded? But they dont have answer they just runaway

Again i asked now bank responded or not but they are not ready to open their lips they just keep quite.
This type they are cheating me and deducting amount that they wish.

Please as my overall experience not to choose this finance if you really need go for cashe or best class moneyview they are honest and accurate fast disburs

This stashfin financier telling their self that they are great but not even 1%
This financier giving you loan and deduct almost double of your emi and charges like hell, like 30% and one of the worst service they are providing. They are always ready to fight with customers to get back amount before start first emi their is no meanings for relation ship in this stashfin this financier like goonda financier, they will not intimate you anything regarding loan they just withdraw any amount they wish. So be careful guys. Dont go for stashfin dont even think about this financier.

This is my personnel experience
Even their chat person piush sharma he is the biggest fraud in this financier when you chat with him to take loan he behind you like a dog then after you taken loan if you wish to ask query with him he just telling you give me some time give me some time and disconnect chat this is how he cheating public..

They are all big borers.. Be careful guys

All are uneducated are working i dont know they are eating food or what?
No one responding no intimation every one disconnect the call.

I dont know what type of service what type of company it is?
