[Resolved]  StashFin — Late Payment charges against loan

Hope you find this mail in good health.

I have availed a loan amount through your app stashfin from my mobile number [protected] and the principal amount is Rs. 6540 only.

I admit the fact that due to this pandemic situation and severe health issues, I missed the EMI payments. Right now I have recovered amd while clearing off my debts, I checked the app and I could see that an amount of Rs. 2393/- is being added to my account as Late Payment Charges.

Considering the current pandemic situation and the existing backward economic situation prevailing in the whole country, I am finding it very difficult to afford this late payment charges being added.

I completely admit the fact that I have made a delay in the repayment and I am ready to pay the full amount including interest, i.e Rs. 6540/- immediately.

I humbly request you to give me a waiver on the late payment charges of Rs. 2393 /- which is added to my account considering the extra ordinary situation prevailing globally.

Hoping for a favourable action from your side at the earliest so that I can make the aforesaid repayment immediately and to continue using your services.
