StashFin — request for credit card block

Dear sir/ma'am,
My compliant against stashfin.

I am using stashfin (Federal bank) credit card since 14 days. Now i am not happy with company t&c and policy that’s why i want to close my credit card i have send the card block request on mail but they are not doing block my card. I want to block the card on immediately, my another concern is that in stashfin application in my profile side it showing your loan amount is rs. 6, 610/- and you have to pay before 5th december 2019. I want to know that when i have not used a single rupee from same card so why i have to pay, for his reference i have attached the screenshot please check it and sort out my problem as earliest as possible.

Note : please block my card asap. If this card didn't block as early they will charge me intrest.

This is very awful that I was receiving a message, call, and mail for making payment and when I paid the amount I did not receive any closing letter and next day Stashfin put their name on my Civil.

This is the reason why my Civil Score is low.
