I, G N MALLESWARI am a customer of JNTU Campus, State Bank of Hyderabad. It was on 19 the January, 2017 a refund amount of 643rs is to be credited into my account from the source APSRTC. The transaction ID of refund is 66305138, as told by APSRTC. I being out of station, tried to contact the branch not less than 70- 80 times since then. Later, I walked into the branch and gave a written complaint on 09th February, 2017, no response. I registered a COMPLAINT in SBH online site for three times for the Branch Manager, the AGM and the DGM. No one responded. The landline isn't working of the branch and the regional offices, Manager isn't available, staff don't know anything as they said( a team of 5 members staff with probationary officers also don't know anything), online complaints no response.
I have been a customer of the bank since 8 years. I request you to look into the issue so that we can be confident about further transactions with SBH. Thanking you Was this information helpful? |
