[Resolved]  State Bank Of Travancore — ATM transaction failed but money taken from account

I was tried to withdraw money from HDFC ATM on 8 th December 2016 by two times. First time i tried Rs 2000 and second time I have tried Rs 2000. Both the times the transaction was failed. But the money was taken from my account. Could you please help me to get back my money?

I have given a complaint letter to SBT PARAKKAI bank. But till now no response. Please help

I got my money back after calling the manager over phone.
