Dear sir, i have purchased "sellerbuy tp link tl - wa850re-300 mbps - universal range extender (White)" on 03/07/2020 from stay home online portal. https://www.stayathome.co.in/contact-us/ the product was never delivered. I have reminded 20 times on mail id [protected]@stayhome.co.in. Now since last so many days days i have cancelled the product and demanded online refund. However vendor is not providing me my refund of rs.1350. Please take up matter with vendor. It is clear cut case of online fraud. This site is fraud site. They never send product and they never send refund also. I have registered complaint on this site dated 2/8/20 with complaint no 2148551. However i am really sorry to say that vendor has neither refunded product nor delivered product. Vendor is writing to me all the time false mails telling that you reconsider your decision and so on. This is clear cut fraud case. Consumer court need to take up this issue as fraud and ban the online site stay at home immediately.
