I have been using bsnl since long. On 13th april 2019 received sms thanking for subscribing to love pathshala and charged rs.5/- on 15th april i called tollfree no.155223 to unsubscribe and was confirmed as unsubscribed but was charged rs.5/- even on toll free use. Today i. E 16.04.2019 i received a sms that love pathshala is renewed for 3 days for rs.5/-
Please stop harassing me with unnecessary, unsolicited pack of music service. Stop immediately this torture of controlling my prepaid bsnl recharge amount for promoting your useless pack or i will have to port my number to save my money and mind. Please refund the amount so far debited and
Urgently stop sending love pathshala pack and charging me.

I went to the nearest BSNL office and gave my complaint regarding unsolicited Love Pathshala pack eating away my prepaid balance.

The lady-in-charge was very courteous and within a minute she deactivated the said pack. Matter is Resolved.
