I had done my hotel bookings for ooty trip through stayzilla, the order id is[protected][protected] for cliff gk residency in udagamandalam on 23/05/2016. When i called hotel manager (Ramesh) regarding room booking and hotel manager gave information that they have stopped stayzilla tieup before 3 months. So i immediately on 20/05/2016 try to reach customer care but non of numbers were not working so through online the cancellation request was placed through stayzilla website and i got reply from stayzilla your booking cancelled an amount will be credited within 24hrs of working day but still amount has not been credited and still not received any response was neither concrete nor the refund was processed. Although the cancellation policy is clearly mentioned in stayzilla's website that; "refunds :all refunds will be sent back from our side within 3 working days. The amount will be sent from our account within 3 working days and we do not guarantee the time it takes for you to receive it, as it is upto your bank to process the refund".
I would request the forum to resolve the issue and refund my booking amount of rs 2667. Was this information helpful? |
