Booked aranya gorumara jungle resort and paid in full however, the booking got cancelled and the customer care service is not replying back regarding the refund status. the order id[protected][protected]. couple of emails has been sent to the customer care service of stayzilla but we haven't got any concrete reply from their end. during booking, the website showed an option of paying 30% in advance and the rest amount during stay. however, later on the customer care called and said that it was wrongly mentioned and we have to pay full amount in advance for booking. even after paying the full amount, the booking was cancelled.
