I am praveen from delhi... I have booked a room by stayzilla in hotal pratiksha moradabad on 6 june 2016 an i paid full pament. Booking id is[protected]-[protected]and after booking my travel plan is change so i canceled the booking. And after cancelation i receive a msg from stayzilla that my refund amount has beeb refunded in my acount vid ref. Ig0ccuuol0. But i did not receive any refund and i also contect my bank thay said that we are not receive any amount from this vid ref.... So i asked you that when i receive my refund amount???
