I am Manas from Mumbai. I had booked Marbella Guest House in Goa for 10th & 11th Dec'16 through Stayzilla's website on 14th Nov'16
Booking ID[protected][protected].
I had to pay 30% i.e. Rs. 4574 to book the same. Within 24 hours of payment I got a message & a mail from Stayzilla stating the host cannot accomodate me & that they have initiated 100% refund process. I called up Marbella Guest House and they said that the rooms were already booked & they aren't accepting Stayzilla bookings.
If the rooms are not available then they shouldn't be up for bookings first of all
I have tried calling Stayzilla ([protected]) and the only thing they could tell me is "They have initiated the refund". It's been more than 10 days I have not received my payment. I want my refund back.
And a genuine feedback from a business point of view. IF THE ROOMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, PLEASE DON'T MISGUIDE CUSTOMERS. NOTHING GOOD IS COMING OUT, NEITHER FOR CUSTOMER NOR FOR THE COMPANY Was this information helpful? |
