I am Anwesha from Kolkata. I have booked Hotel Ganesh lodge at Kannyakumari from 28th Dec to 29th Dec through online Stazilla's website on 18th Nov. After 12 hours of making payment on they said that there are non availability of room and assured me that 100% money Rs. 824 will be refund within 21st Nov. But not yet been received my amount. I just can't understand that before making payment they show about availability of room and after making payment how it is showed that there are non room available. Is this not cheating with public? Hi my contact no [protected] I made booking as per portal for Goa hotel I made booking payment done on 19dec16 around 7:38pm I called up customer shouted on them where is my hotel bookings they said hotel cancelled our booking I called Ur people they said they have initiated my refund but they dint do constantly i called them they have initiated my refund on 21dec they said I'll receive in 5working days but I have waited enough for refund no call no message from them blady service u guys are giving not worth of anything will def put in consumer court stupid service and no blady called us about refund when we call customer care guys keep us wait for 10mins then they will hang up the call sometimes no doesn't work when we call from other no they will answer u guys kept our no in block list which is so cheap grow up guys today is 29dec hope I have waited enough
