I purchased the Stellar product "Stellar Repair for SQL or MYSQL '' on 06/11/2023 to recover a corrupted Sybase anywhere database. Unfortunately, I can't recover the corrupted database from my side also from Stellar's side when they asked to upload the corrupted database. I asked from REFUND and they told me that they will send me 50% of the paid price. I asked for a full refund because there was nothing in refund terms to refund 50% because I can't recover the database from my side or from the stellar team side. There is no reply from my request for 20 days. Please do your best to refund me the money I paid.
