My self sumit verma. I had applied for canada work visa from step up education mohali on 22/4/2019. I have given rs. 30000 to step up education. Total amount was decided for work visa was rs.30000 which included visa fee also. First i have given rs 5000 as registration fees and then rs. 25000 given on 27/04/2019. Step up education had me that i will get visa within 3 months. But now it's over 6 and half months but they are not giving me any response. When ever i call them they are not attending my phone call.. I had also called mr. Harman mann partner of this firm but he is also not picking my call..
Sir this company has done a fraud to me.. They are doing fraud to everyone. It's their business. Pls sir help me.. And help me in getting my money back from this fraud company. I had attached below supporting documents to understand my case:-
1. My bank statement — proof of rs. 5000 given on 22/04/2019
2. Payment receipt of 25000- given by step up education on 27/04/2019
3. Copy of contract agreement - given by step up education
4. Offer letter-bar code scanned image of offer letter from canada as per step up education but it's truly fake..
Sir pls take strict action against this company
