Sterling Holidays Resorts — Sterling holidays resorts looting money in terms of Membership

I Have sterling Holidays White Membership which i bought it for nearly 5Lakhs. And i Paid my last 2years subscription (1st Year 10K, this year 12K) too. Till date no benefits been retrived.

But when I try to book through sterling holidays customer care at Yelagiri location, I come to know the following payments to be made for getting the booking even if we are a elite member.

1 - Room conveyance charge - 1500rs per day
2 - If Morning Breakfast is required i need to pay for that
3 - and other charges they were asking which i don't even understand

I was shocked from the 1st point itself, for 1500rs i can get a better stay at yelagiri. Then what is the purpose of my Membership.

It's very shocking after 2years of paying 22K additional as ASF and still you need to pay for your stay means, still i'm not able digest such ridiculous answers they gave.

Still my Concerns where not addressed properly. We don't need this membership. Till date we haven't used any of the membership benefits. Kindly cancel the membership and revert my money back.
