He said I will mark this complain aa resolved other wise they will keep calling me for money. I have also received an email from this is " [email protected]". Below is the message I have got from the above e-mail " This is from the consumer site, I am here to tell you that, I have talked to them and they had said that you will not receive any call or message from their side and by chance if you receive any, you can provide their number to me, I will call to them, alright and also you have to mark the complaint as resolved in the consumer site only then we Company will stop calling you and mailing you thank you And I did this with the help of our main department, they usually manage the main issues as of yours, so in short you dont have to pay anything, So do resolve your complaint without forgetting only after this mater will be closed. '' I believe this message came from the STM because the e-mail id is not "nic.com" He tried to act as consumer department to avoid any further consequences. Thank you...
