[Resolved]  Stm Aurangabad It Is Fraud Company — fraud company want my money back at any cost

I was looking for part time job on quikr app which is c jobs. Yesterday (21/06/2019) i got an unknown phone call from male executive (Raj gupta) (No. [protected]) for part time online form filling job, he gave me reference of clickindia.com.
Work profile1500 forms in 10 days with 90%accuracy and salary would be rs 30, 000 i. E. Rs 20 per form. He asked for my id proof email id alternate contact no. Through whatsapp no.[protected] and said i need to register through app.
Few minutes later i received mail from ankit mehta ([protected]@gmail.com) with two attached pdf files, one of sample work and the other of stm company.
He sent the app link on my whatsapp no. After downloading the app executive called and said to upload signature and photo through app. Few minutes later i received another mail and this time from agreement department ([protected]@gmail.com). I was literally shocked!!! It contained contract agreement with stm company with my photo and signature on it without my knowledge and approval. I have no knowledge about all these legal documents i continued with them and did there work of form filling in 9 days after 2 days they said that ur qc report is failed i got one mail from advocate anil gupta he said ur file is in court now u have to pay the amount rs. 7750 i thought after this payment will never call me i paid the amount after that some days ago another advocate mayur joshi called me said that ur agreement is not yet cancelled for cancellation you have to pay rs 6500 that i also paid and told him after that i will not give u any single rupees and he said yes mam after this we never call u n ask u to pay. After i paid rs 6500 they said i have cancelled ur agreement now u have to come tomorrow to aurangabaad court for signature on papers otherwise i'm cancelling all the details n returned ur amount i said i can't come to aurangabaad so he said i have one option do digital signature i said okk then he said i[censored] want to do digital signature u have to pay rs 12000. After that i never picked a call from any advocate or any unknown no. Calls.. For this reason i missed my job calls..
I realised that i was the victim of job fraud/job scam. I did some research on internet and found many complaints against the company. Also the address mentioned happens to be address of many other companies such as frontech etc.
Address: 324, galaxy emperia, warud road, aurangabad. Maharashtra 431005.
I found many complaints against frontech also. I was now sure that this company is fraud.
Today i contacted helpline numbers [protected], [protected] in order to cancel my registration. Female executive responded that i need to pay rs. 4500/- for cancellation and contact helpline email id - [protected]@gmail.com.
I have sent the email for registration cancellation but so far no update from company's side.
Please help me in this situation.
Hope my complaint gets resolved as soon as possible.
Also strict action should be taken against such fraudulent companies. Please do something i am tired of this all spams or scams. Agreement they made of all in same stamp paper.
