I was looking for part time job in quikr.com. Then on 5th july i got a call from a lady executive for online form filling job and she gave me reference of quikr.com.
Work profile was to fill 1500 form in 10 day's and payment was rs 20/ per form with 90 percent accuracy. She asked my aadhaar card and email i'd to register. Few minutes later i got a mail with pdf attachments, one of demo work and other of stm company.
Then she sent me a app link on my whatsapp number and asked me to download. After downloading she asked me to open the app and write my name. Few minutes later i received another mail from agreement department which was contained contract agreement with stm company with my signature without my knowledge and approval. Then i realised something wrong and search in google about the company and found many complaints against the company and marked that company as a fraud.
Immediately i realised that i became the victim of job fraud and sent a mail and talked to them that i am not interested to work and cancel my agreement. But i have not got any reply. And on 20th of july i received a notice from advocate vikash rathod that i have to pay 4500/ for the cancellation. Then i wrote him back that i am not paying as i have not logged in there work link and i forwarded my cancellation mail to him.
Then later on 9th august i received 2 notices from 2 advocate. One is advocate dilip jain asking 15500/ and another from mukesh yadav asking 38950/within 3 days.
I am very frustrated and worried as i can't pay any money.
Please help me to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
